Background
Diamondback Ranch is family owned and operated ranch, which specializes in the breeding and selling of Texas Longhorn cattle. With two locations across the country, Diamondback Ranch was looking to expand their marketing campaign, and do what no other Longhorn breeder is doing; build a complete online Longhorn inventory solution.
Critical Issues
The main issue that faced Chico Web Design and Diamondback Ranch was usability. Diamondback Ranch needed a website that they could easily maintain themselves as well as users being able to navigate the site with ease.
Along with making a functional website for all levels of users, Chico Web Design had to integrate a database that was able to keep track and display long lines of pedigree.
Our Solution
Once Chico Web Design and Diamondback Ranch finalized their website software requirements, design and development on their website began. The easy to navigate design allows anyone with online experience to effortlessly view the hundreds of longhorns they’ve placed online.
The administrator has the ability to add longhorns to the database, modify existing longhorns, add pictures, update pedigree, change descriptions, modify sellers, and alter status (sold /for sale) with the click of a mouse.
Overall, Chico Web Design designed and developed an online Longhorn management inventory solution, which will add a whole new marketing venue to their business.
