Jeffery M. Sierra

Owner / Lead Designer and Project Manger

Born in Southern California, transplanted to Grass Valley California, Jeff pursued and received a business degree from California State University, Chico. Focusing on project management Jeff worked as a business analyst for a fortune 100 company in the Bay Area. After realizing the corporate cubicle world wasn’t for him, he quickly returned to the quaint town of Chico California where he started Chico Web Design from a spare bedroom in 2003.

Nearly 5 years later, Jeff has worked with some of the most prominent and up and coming businesses in Chico and across the United States, taught web design courses at the local college, and received CEPCO’s “Excellence in Web and Graphic Design” award on behalf of Chico Web Design (as seen above). As a business owner and designer, Jeff has brought Chico Web Design from a small home-based business to one of the strongest design and development firms in Northern California.

Interesting Facts

  • Jeff's favorite program is Adobe Photoshop CS3. He primarily works on Apple, but has some PC's around for testing. In his free time you might catch him teaching a web design class or with an Americano in hand. When he's out he usually travels with his handy Nikon SLR, or Cannon SD 400.
